MAICCA brings faith voice to pipeline resistance

MAICCA supports the expansion and building of wind and solar power in Massachusetts, and opposes the construction of new pipelines. Our Attorney General Maura Healy commissioned a study finding that the Commonwealth can meet all its energy needs without any pipeline expansion, and from a climate and economic perspective this is great news.

Many of our members are involved in the frontline resistance to new fossil fuel infrastructure in our Commonwealth. As part of our campaign working to a clean energy future, we are working legislatively against pipeline subsidies and we are supporting groups like in turning out people of faith to resist the construction of new fossil fuel infrastructure in Massachusetts.
